Terms and Conditions

A copy of our terms and conditions, our disclaimer, and various other safety rules will be provided prior to the event. They will need to be signed and returned to us.
  1. It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this inflatable to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.
  2. This unit has an age limit of 12 years. Please ensure no one over this age uses the equipment. No adults are to use this inflatable.
  3. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
  4. No Food, Drink or Chewing Gum is to be allowed on or near the inflatable. (Please note if the inflatable is in a dirty condition when collected then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge.)
  5. No smoking or barbeques near the inflatable.
  6. All shoes, jewellery, glasses, badges and any other sharp objects MUST be removed before using the inflatable.
  7. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the inflatable.
  8. Climbing, sitting or hanging on the walls of the inflatable is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
  9. Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, limit numbers according to age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
  10. No pets, toys or sharp instruments either on or near the bouncy castle.
  11. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step as a child could easily bounce off; this step is to assist users in getting on and off only.
  12. Ensure that no one with back, neck, or heart problem uses this inflatable.
  13. Do not attempt to move the inflatable.
  14. Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.
  15. All units are checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance that the castle is in a good, clean condition.
  16. The inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.
  17. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
  18. In the event that the blower stops (the inflatable will become deflated), please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Make sure the blower tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower.
  19. In the event it overheats or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, and switch it back on again after 1-2 minutes - it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.
  20. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable as it is inflating and deflating, this is extremely dangerous, there is a risk of suffocation.
  21. If the inflatable is not being used for over an hour it can be switched off at the mains and then turned on again when it is needed - Please make sure that all children are off of the inflatable before it is switched off and do not get back on until it has fully inflated.
  22. In the event of an accident no matter how small all details MUST be logged in the accident book.
  23. Do not allow children with medical conditions that may put them at risk of injury (e.g. brittle bone disease or temporary injuries) to use the inflatable.
  24. Please ensure that you check the blower periodically to make sure that nothing has blown onto or is obstructing the blower and that it has not become undone.
  25. Ensure that an area of 6 foot is clear all the way around the inflatable.
